As per Wiki policy that all editors are equal, I strongly believe that the featured users section, see in the MediaWiki:Monaco-sidebar is a violation of this policy. It is bias, I have not seen a method yet as to how one's name is placed in this list and when this wiki grows it will unfair to new and old users alike. I feel that this mention is not required and I move to remove this from the sidebar and to replace it with a more relevant and less bias approach, per say, having a link to the list of Crat's and Sysops. This way if an inexperienced user still needs assistance they can still easily find a trusted and helpful user.

Support - Yeah I have seen that thing before but I just took an evil eye to it, it is unfair, but when you do bring up that it does violate AEAE, I say remove it! Well... Comment - At the moment it operates on the person with the most edits on the Wiki, which is me then Godpower49. Which is an unfair, biased, ambigious and a bad thing. Another problem, it even has it's own widget! There is a widget for "Top Users", how can you remove that? You can't. Users who are simply browsing the wiki have no need for getting to users' userpages faster. Nor do active editors as userpages are not a crucial aspect of editing in any form. C.Chiam^Talk 06:25, 5 May 2009 (UTC)

Userpages should be "featured" there merely for a couple of users to talk to each other faster (by a mere few seconds)? At the risk of assuming bad faith, it seems that you want it to be there because you were being "featured" there. C.Chiam^Talk 13:38, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
